Momiji, the Japanese Maple Tree, is found mostly in Japan but also all over the world wherever the climate allows for maple trees to grow. As a Kami or Spirit, she (yes female) represents healing, inner balance, groundedness, beauty, natural balance, children, changing seasons, longevity, practicality, calm, serenity, gentleness, and honour.
She often appears as a Dryad of the Momiji tree, clothed in kimonos decorated with the leaves. However, she can also simply be the crimson and fiery orange momiji leaves.
As an Avatar, she is most often part of Tae, part of the tattoos he has of her on his forearms.
She is a passive, non-aggressive spirit. She expects adherence to an Honour Code of some kind, tho the Bushido Virtues is her preferred Honour Code.

As an Avatar, she is immune to Paradox.
